President, CEO and Director
Mr. Fekete is a professional geologist who has worked throughout Canada during his 30-year career in the mineral exploration business. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in geology from the University of British Columbia (1986) and is member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He brings experience and expertise ranging from grassroots prospecting to advanced project management to corporate development. He has a proven ability to recognize exploration targets of high potential and convert them into successful projects. In 1999 he co-founded Hinterland as a private prospecting syndicate and successfully transformed it into a publicly traded company holding a strong exploration property portfolio with several active projects. Mr. Fekete is also President and CEO of Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC), and is a director of Taku Gold Corp. (TSXV: TAK) and Arrowhead Gold Corp. (TSXV: AWH).

Ms. Martin is a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience in a variety of public corporations. She holds a bachelor degree in accounting from HEC Montreal (1988) and is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. From 1988 to 2004 she held a variety of accounting and operational positions with several companies including Price Waterhouse, Domtar Inc., Unisource Canada, Inc. and Molson Canada. Since 2004 she has been engaged in financial reporting for a number of mineral exploration companies and currently she is also the Chief Financial Officer for Melkior Resources Inc. (TSXV: MKR), Midland Exploration Inc. (TSXV: MD) and Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC).

Corporate Secretary and Director: Mr. Fekete is a partner at the law firm of Austring, Fendrick, Fairman and Parkkari in Yukon where he practices mining, corporate and securities law, and advises a wide variety of both public and private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dalhousie University (1993) and a Law Degree from the University of New Brunswick (1995) and is member of the Law Society of Yukon. Mr. Fekete is also a director of Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) and Smash Minerals Corp. (TSXV: SSH).

Mr. MacLellan is a partner with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, a Toronto-based securities and corporate finance law firm, who practices securities, corporate finance and corporate-commercial law. Mr. MacLellan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University (1993), a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick (1995) and a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London (1997), and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Nova Scotia Barristers Society. Mr. MacLellan is also a director of Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) and a member of the Ontario Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Thiersch is an exploration geologist with 22 years experience in mineral exploration, specializing mainly in epithermal and porphyry related gold. He graduated from the University of British Columbia (1986) with a Bachelor of Science, and completed a Master of Science at McGill University (1993). During his career he has worked in B.C., Yukon and the N.W.T., as well as Central and South America. He is currently Vice President of Exploration for Gold Mountain Mining Corp (TSXV: GUM).

Mr. Kiernicki has 28 years experience in mineral exploration contracting and project management. As a co-founder of Hinterland, he was instrumental in assembling its early property portfolio. He is also currently a director of RT Minerals Corp. (TSXV: RTM).
